Here is us on Cliff Trail, a great hike on Kauai. It was our last big trip before moving back to the mainland. It was also where Pat learned he was going to be a father. The Bed & Breakfast, the Hale Aha, was fabulous and the innkeepers, Billie & Gary Sparks were truly a blessing to us.

Great picture! We're really looking forward to our next potential trip out to Hawaii - we'll definately be getting ideas from you before we go.
Since you're new to blogging, it looks like you're a little confused about the "smokey" ad comment above. It's basically the same as junk email (spam). You can stop that by going to the settings tab in your blogger account and turn on "word verification". Let me know if you need any more help with the blog.

thanks a bunch, Brandon. yes, i am still trying to figure this out and have yet to spend the time to do it. i changed the "word verification" setting per your suggestion and hope that takes care of the confusing spam. :)
